Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This page describes how TuoUfficio.com handles data. Tools process the content you enter in your browser; data is sent to the site operator only if you choose to submit the contact form.

2. No Database

TuoUfficio.com was designed as a "client-side" application. This means that:

  • We do not use any database to store the information you enter.
  • All calculations (Tax Code, Mortgage, VAT, etc.) occur in real-time.
  • Tool calculations run in your browser. If you submit the contact form, the information you provide is sent by email so we can respond.

3. Local Storage (LocalStorage and Cookies)

If you choose to save tool data, your browser can store notes, tasks, appointments, your last search, and preferences locally. You can select session-only use in the banner or privacy settings:

  • LocalStorage and sessionStorage: Notes, tasks, appointments, and your last search remain on your device. If saving is enabled, they persist between visits; in temporary mode, they are kept only until the tab is closed.
  • Session cookie: The site uses a PHP session cookie to retain the selected language and manage the contact form session. It is not used for analytics or advertising.

You can change this choice or delete locally stored data in your browser settings. Requests to CDNs, Google Fonts, and external services are subject to their providers' privacy notices.

4. Third-Party Services

The site loads fonts and technical resources from Google Fonts and external CDNs. If you use the weather tool, the requested city is sent to Open-Meteo. If you use the AI tools and tick the consent box, your browser loads Puter.js (puter.com): the texts, images and URLs you enter are sent to Puter and to the model providers to generate the answer, and Puter may ask you to log in and use its own cookies and local storage. Without consent, Puter is not loaded. When you select an external search or link, you are redirected to that service; those providers process data under their own privacy notices.

5. Contacts

If you use the contact form, the data provided (name, email, message) will be used exclusively to reply to your request and will not be included in any marketing list.
